Petola in Coconut Milk

Anticipation!

So ... the flower is yellow.

Then, the beautiful flower turns into this.
And matured! We call it petola. You? It tastes delicious when cooked with coconut milk.
The young fresh leaves can also be added into the cooking. Yummy!!
Do you want the recipe? Hih hiiii hiiii ... I can be a chef too, you know!

Hi Blossom~~ You have so many talents! This looks like what we call "squash" but I've never seen anything exactly like it. Sounds yummy.
